Frequently asked questions
Is USDT ERC20 expensive for my customers?
The sender pays the Ethereum network fee, which depends on network load. For everyday payments customers usually prefer TRC20, BEP20 or Solana; for large amounts the fee is small compared with the payment.
How many confirmations does Zypher wait for on Ethereum?
Six, which takes about a minute and a half. After that the invoice is marked paid and your webhook is sent.
Can I receive USDT and keep the money in another coin?
Yes. Turn on auto-convert in the store settings and every incoming USDT payment is swapped into the coin you choose, for example USDT, right after it is credited.
Can I price my products in dollars and still accept USDT?
Yes. Create the invoice in USD, EUR or another currency. When the customer chooses USDT, the amount to pay is calculated at the current rate and fixed on the invoice.
