Frequently asked questions
Are there hidden fees?
No. The commission on paid invoices and the network fee on withdrawals are the only charges. Opening an account, creating stores and using the API are free.
Who pays the blockchain fee on incoming payments?
The customer pays the network fee of their own transfer, as with any crypto payment. You do not pay anything extra to receive it.
How is my tier calculated?
From the total value of paid invoices in the last 30 days, in US dollars. When the total crosses a threshold, the lower commission applies to new payments automatically.
Which network is cheapest for my customers?
For stablecoins, TRON, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, TON, Base and Arbitrum usually cost cents or less per transfer. Ethereum mainnet is the most expensive. Customers choose the network on the payment page, so they can pick the one that suits them.
