Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between ETH on Ethereum and on Base or Arbitrum?
It is the same asset on different networks. Base and Arbitrum are layer 2 networks with much lower fees. The customer must send ETH on the network shown on the invoice.
Can customers pay with ETH from MetaMask?
Yes. They can scan the QR code or copy the address and amount into MetaMask or any other Ethereum wallet.
Can I receive ETH and keep the money in another coin?
Yes. Turn on auto-convert in the store settings and every incoming ETH payment is swapped into the coin you choose, for example USDT, right after it is credited.
Can I price my products in dollars and still accept ETH?
Yes. Create the invoice in USD, EUR or another currency. When the customer chooses ETH, the amount to pay is calculated at the current rate and fixed on the invoice.
