1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zypher ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
3. Services
Zypher provides non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange, wallet, and merchant payment services. We facilitate peer-to-peer and aggregated swaps between digital assets. We do not hold, control, or guarantee the value of any cryptocurrency.
4. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, 2FA secrets, and wallet access. Zypher is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
5. Fees
Exchange fees, withdrawal fees, and network fees are displayed before each transaction. By confirming a transaction you agree to the stated fees. Fee schedules may change with prior notice.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zypher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, network delays, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
