Frequently asked questions
Which USDT network should I offer?
All of them: they cost you nothing extra. TRC20 is the most widespread among customers, while BEP20, Solana and TON are cheaper for small payments. Ethereum is useful for large payments from customers who keep funds there.
What happens if a customer sends USDT on the wrong network?
Each invoice shows one network and one address, and the payment page warns the customer to use that network. Transfers on another network do not reach the invoice address, so the customer should always check the network before paying.
Can I receive USDT and keep the money in another coin?
Yes. Turn on auto-convert in the store settings and every incoming USDT payment is swapped into the coin you choose, for example USDT, right after it is credited.
Can I price my products in dollars and still accept USDT?
Yes. Create the invoice in USD, EUR or another currency. When the customer chooses USDT, the amount to pay is calculated at the current rate and fixed on the invoice.
