Frequently asked questions

Which USDC network is cheapest?

Base, Arbitrum and Solana usually cost the sender a cent or less. Ethereum mainnet is the most expensive and suits larger payments.

Can I hold USDC and withdraw USDT?

Yes. Swap between stablecoins with the built-in exchange, or enable auto-convert so every payment arrives in the coin you prefer.

Can I receive USDC and keep the money in another coin?

Yes. Turn on auto-convert in the store settings and every incoming USDC payment is swapped into the coin you choose, for example USDT, right after it is credited.

Can I price my products in dollars and still accept USDC?

Yes. Create the invoice in USD, EUR or another currency. When the customer chooses USDC, the amount to pay is calculated at the current rate and fixed on the invoice.
